I loved Primes idea. I kinda just decided to put things in my playstyle. As being the original creator of Blastoise t2 (I'm Cross Fire88), i wanted to see how the new combos in a speedy enviorment.

3/3/3 Blastoise Ex
2 Lugia Ex
2 Shuckle
3 Jirachi
-16-

2 Holon Magneton
4 Holon Electrode
9 Water
-15-

4 PeTm
4 TV Reporter
3 Steven's Advice
3 Swoop
3 Rocket's Admin
3 Energy Removal 2
3 Pow! Hand Extension
3 Battle Frontier
3 Super Scoop Up
1 Retriever
-29-

I think i need help with the trainers. Scoop up is b/c i dont think it will be that hard for Blastoise Ex to recharge itself. With its power. The goal of the deck is to attack with Blastoise t2. Have a reserve blastoise on the bench. Then soon as it gets knocked out put out a lugia ex, then proceed to use the Energy Rain Holon combo for 200 a turn. I'm thinking of some more pokemon searching cards to pull the combo off efficently. I figure all i need is one 200 shot to turn things in my favor. Blastoise ex should have caused enough disruption. I mean with its disruptive energy attack and all the ER2, and Hand extension the decks a force.

Causes for concern
-Pow!
-ER2
-Reversal

Oh yea thats a beastly combo.
I've faced a similar deck.... It don't matter how big a tank I make my scizor.... a Beast beats a Tank every time. I can't speak for other decks but expect to do well against scizor decks because there isn't anything that can KO one lugia without looseing something like two EXs in the process

Looking at your causes for concern ER2 is easialy fixable with pokemon retriver. you get your holon pokemon right back but you really don't have to worry much about it because you pay to use lugias attack in the first place. its usualy rain dance holon pokemon rain dance (Even possable to do T1 200 if you run rare candy and i recomend doing so)
POW! and reversal arn't really that big of a problem if you super scoop up something with heavy damage or swap out your pokemon next turn (Maybe run warp point or switch?) but thease cards are a problem for everyone thease days

lets see....
Pow! Hand Extension? I'd swap those out for reversal. I've played this deck before and it spends most of the match ahead in prizes... why because lugia EX is a freeking BEAST! 200 dammage is insane especialy if you can deal it T1(And you can if you add rare candy)

T1:
Rare candy squitle into Blastoice EX,
Rain dance a water to Lugia
Holon electrode/magneton
Rain dance the water back.

T1 200 dammage at the small cost of 2 dammage counters to lugia.... I think i saw that on a TV ad or something... insta-beast (JUST ADD WATER!)

ok bad joke.... really bad..... its 1:00 in the morning here give me a break.

I uderstand why you guys would say that... A t1 200 with Lugia is about as hard is getting a t1 pidgeot in any normal 2/1/2 deck. However the fact remains that it is not hard at all to get a t2 80 with Blastoise. 4 Water on him is not a hard feat at all, then you could also use one of the Holon Pokemon to help with the power up. Thats the main goal of the deck hit for 80 t2, t3, and t4. Then super scoop up or get KO'd. Then bring out a lugia ex Energy rain combo for 200 consistently... I might need some more retriever. Its not that hard to pull off a turn 2 blastoise, i had the deck before Lugia/Holon combo was out and it worked wonders.

can i ask how u get a t2 blastoise?

with no rare candy or wallys.

t1 Squirtle
t2 Wartortle
t3 Blastoise

nikx, you start with jirachi and squirtle on bench, the good jirachi I might say, and use wishing star to evolve squirtle on first turn, next turn, PETM for the blastoise and evolve. I use the same exact strategy in my Feraligatr EX deck.

But I don't like that strategy anymore in my deck. I ended up drawing into too many jirachis when I really needed other basics and it wasted an energy on the first turn, and it didn't help me get setup.

I'd take out the shuckle and 1 jirachi and put in 3 pluse DX.

This Deck can't do anything against SMP...if they use Lugia Ex just use a Metagross with Strength Charm...Oh...you want to use Toise Ex? Well then I am just gonna take Metagross D...

I tried it....it's pretty easy to win with SMP over this Deck...

SmP looses for a couple of reasons.
1. Tank doesn't matter b/c of the 200 attack.
2. Battle Frontier shuts off Pidgeot
3. SMP takes a lot longer to setup then this deck does
4. No answer for blastoise Ex... Scizor looses energy badly, POW! ER2 hurt in this matchup. 80 + energy disruption, + pow + Er2 is good enough

Thanks Prime,
I should have posted which Jirachi i used, thanks for pointing that out. I did however playtest the deck and i decided that Rare Candy is helpful... So Rare Candy and pulse are needed to the deck. How is your version working out? I wanted to try steelix but i can't b/c 1 i dont have any and 2 it seems like it clutters and makes it a little slower.

your deck looks good but i would consider taking out the shuckles and put in mewtwo delta instead. I never really liked alot of coin flipping cards like ER2 and super scoop up because that could cost you the game sometimes but it feels good when you roll a heads. Instead try Holon Lass to get more water energies to drop and put in 3 rare candies to get a faster set up and all. Reduce 1 admin for battle frontier since your never really going to use that card alot in the end. I would also put in two switch and take out 2 POW hand incase you start off with a really bad pokemon like lugia or cover blastoise ex's high retreat cost. Other than that your list looks good. buddy
