The strategy is to use banette on t2 to KO the opponent's first pokemon. Once you've wasted 1 or 2 banettes, then bring out a third one, attach a DRE, and use the second attack to bring a banette back. Once your opponent has taken a few of their prizes, you can bring out charizard, who attacks for 170 damage. Enough to KO anything in the format. Jynx from df lowers your retreat costs, and jynx sw is useful for stalling. Mew sw is really good at copying opponents drawing and getting back from a lost TGW.

TVR and maybe some saybele would work well in this deck good starter and it discards your bannets to do more dmg, also night maintnence is needed when all the bannets are discarded. you more then likely need to max double rainbow and scramble if you going to run charzard. in my opinion i think the deck might work better if it was ran with

4 saybele
4-4 bannete
2-1-2 charizard
(then instead of the jynx run warp point and switch)
The mews are still optional, but i really dont think u need them
holon ff energy are banned btw
