So, I had a ruling at States that I'm not sure I fully agree with, but should have been in the compendium, but isn't.
Question 1 -
I have a Pokemon with no damage, but energy. Can I Max Potion to have the energy be discarded? I ask this because Blissey Ex UF has the ability to just discard the energy without healing, and it'd seem like this would be the same effect. I think that the answer, regardless of what it is, should be in the compendium.
Question 2 - (assuming that question 1 is I can't.)
I try to attempt to to heal a Pokemon that has no damage but energy to discard it. I'm told I can't, but I've got another Pokemon that has energy and damage on it. Do I now have to use it on that Pokemon? Or does the Max Potion return to my hand?
