Spiritomb Arceus provides a trainer lock. There have been some discussions about this.
I hear that you cannot play Power Spray when an opponent's Spiritomb is active. People have said this on the forums but with no rebuke. This does not sound right to me.
Can you play Power Spray during your opponent's turn when they have Spiritomb active?
Second, Can you play Pokemon Tools or Stadiums during your turn when your opponent has Spiritomb active?
