A tech variant on Tyranitar, the basic idea came from Machamp/Palkia.

Pokemon: 20
3-2-3 Tyranitar
2-2 Claydol
3 Sableye
1-1 Palkia Lv.X
1-1 Dugtrio PL
1 Azelf

Trainers/Supporters: 22
3 Bebe's Search
4 Felicity's Drawing
3 Roseanne's Research
3 Rare Candy
4 Poke Healer+
3 Switch
2 Night Maintenance

Energy: 18
14 Dark
4 Special Dark

It's a tyranitar deck, so hope to start with sableye. The deck focuses around using Restructure to pull out lower HP Pokemon to the front, and either OHKO them or deal them 30 and force them to retreat. With dugtrio on the bench, if they retreat a 50HP pokemon it's a prize, or another turn of Spinning Tail.

Also, I can Restructure into Grind if I really need to.

You could also drop a Pupitar to get the extra Sableye, if you want.

My primary question is how do you expect to Spinning Tail without Weavile? Every T-tar deck I've seen either ran Weavile or didn't bother with Spinning Tail...

-1 Pupitar
-1-1 Dugtrio
-1-1 Palkia LV.X
-3 Switch
-4 PokeHealer

+1 Sableye
+1 Bebe
+1 Roseanne
+1 Luxury Ball
+3 Warp Point
+4 PokeDrawer
+1 Candy

It's a nice idea, but Tyranitar needs Weavile. I'd say drop the Azelf for another Saybleye, and drop the Pokehealers for a 2-2 Weavile line.

Just to add on to metricus's comment above. The Weavile idea
is very good cause he can make any Pokemon Dark which means
they work with Moonlight Stadium right.

no. shadow charge attachs 2 dark energy to T-tar, special or basic. This is what makes Tyranitar not a Turn 5 deck

i would drop

-1-1 palkia lvl X
-1 azelf
-1 dugtrio
-1 basic dark

+2-2 weavile
+1 sableye (if u realy wanna start first)

I don't understand why people come into a thread titled 'Tyranitar Control' and say, "Drop the control element of your deck; it needs to be like every other T-tar deck." Kinda not cool...

I will say that, without Weavile, you can't expect to Spinning Tail much. Grind is definately your friend, here. Expect to use Palkia Level X to bring up what you want to Grind.

Since you're not running Weavile, you'll need all 4 Roseanne's Research. Otherwise, you'll have no chance of getting enough energy to charge multiple T-tars over the course of a game, even with Claydol.

If you want to use Palkia effectively, you'll want 4 Switches and about 3 Moonlight Stadium. It is no fun trying to Retreat Palkia normally, since you have no Weavile to make it Dark. And, without the Moonlight Stadium, T-tar would be just as bad. Worse, really.

I'd drop the PokeHealers here. They don't really support your primary focus and are of limited benefit, most times.

If you can fit it in, I'd jump your numbers of Rare Candy and Bebe's Search up to 4 each. Rare Candy can't be searched for normally, and you'll want one in-hand in most cases. And Bebe's Search is helpful both to reduce your hand for Claydol and to get the necessary parts of your tech in place. In addition, Luxury Ball is extraordinarily helpful, too.

As a whole, my recommendations are:
+1 Sableye
+1 Bebe's Search
+1 Roseanne's Research
+1 Luxury Ball
+1 Switch
+1 Rare Candy
+3 Moonlight Stadium
-4 PokeHealer+
-1 Night Maintenance
-2 Darkness Energy
-2 Felicity's Drawing
