any suggestiond? please help!

Ampharos can be disruptive. Use Spinning Tail to shut down their powers, or Grind against Gengar without Fainting Spell in your way.

I agree that ampharos is good. remove the darkrai line its unesscary and slows the deck down.
Take them out for a 1-0-1 ampharos line and one more card.
My suggestions try lucians on a damged t-tar and move the energies to a fresh one.
Otherwise another rosies or uxie could help.

also drop four basic dark energies and add in four call energy.

take out one sneasel. i found my deck ran better with a 2-2 line. darkrai X is helpful, but really slows ya down. if you don't use darkrai then also take out the pixies. everything else is in multiples. the MD darkrai is good because it's first attack is NRG-less and allows you to look for a SPCL NRG in the deck!
