Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Tyranitar Lv.X

1 energy (card) for 80 snipe... uh... on a basic lv. x... with absurd SP support...

I don't see it kid. 3 for 90 and poison is very, VERY underpowered.

This. A stage two level x is something that is hard to get out. By your logic, yanmega prime doing 70 for free is omg broken. What is that, you say it requires a conditional game state? So does a consistent stage two x

^if it is a lv.X, you put it on the Previous Lv. (Example: Garchomp > Garchomp Lv.X) I think you are thinking of a EX or Prime Pokemon. You put EX or Prime cards on the Stage 1.

Read his post again.
He's saying that it shoud read, "Put this card onto your active Tyranitar"

Oh, didn't read it clearly (I did read it 10 times before I posted)

In that case, I guess I should. But it doesn't really matter. It's just a fake card.

I never made a card like that and I'm NOT a kid!

Actually it's NOT broken because the hands have to be equal, which is very difficult to do.

Lol yes, getting equal hands is very difficult, with 2 semi-useful supporters that automatically give equal hand sizes (Copycat and Judge), the option of playing your hand down to the right size by yourself, and cards like Spiritomb TM to change their hand size.

And would you say getting a stage 2 level X out and charging it with 3 Energies while keeping it alive against all the snipers and disruption that dominate the format is NOT very difficult?

Forget it. We're all just going to get into a huff over it, and then get warned/etc/whatever. Instead, going back on topic. 90+poison is actually pretty good. Ironically, I think 70 might be better, though, and here's why. Gengar SF has 110 hp. And a +30 weakness to dark. 70+30-->100 plus poisin--->no fainting spell

70 and poison also addresses AR's concerns a bit. And with belt, it becomes 90+poison, meaning to ohko SP decks, it'll need at least one SPECIAL dark, keeping it fair in that regards, too.

Yes, exactly. My deck of choice is yanmega/magnezone. I'll just spiritomb TM you, and then magnetic draw my way to victory. Or use one of my 4 judges, or my 4 copycats, or all else failing, i'll use my regice to discard to where i need to be. I can keep the "hand size lock" most of the game, if not the ENTIRE game.
