Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

UK Battle Road Tournaments

Just a stab in the dark (which TPFG needs imo...) but im guessing Irwin won the London Battle Road. Did u stick with metanite irwinner?

I won the Rainham BR. I went with shiftry ex again, mainly to murder Daryl lol  Two transievers in my delta species :)biggrin: PROP!!!!) prize packs. ****. Yes.

But he said the best player won...

Anyways congrats to both of you, I didn't realise these Battle Road thingamajigs started so soon, I planned on going to Rainham.. :frown:

Sadly, no. It has to arrive some time soon though. Otherwise, I'll have to have a word with the seller...

What flyers are these? I don't get it...

Hmm... it won't come Sunday or Bank Holiday Monday.

And they were flyers to advertise Irwin's gig.

You do realise this is the equivanlent to the Ryman league when compared to the FA cup tie in the northwest.
j/k, congrats on your win Irwin, did you stick with Metanite?

I believe that the Pokemon event at Game07 (the big gaming con in Manchester, UK) on Sunday the 24th June run by Tom Snook is going to be a Battle Roads.

There will definitely be a Poke event of some sort on the Sunday, and I believe this is the general plan atm. Game07 website

*I'm not involved at present so don't start shooting me down for wobbly info*

TPfG finally sending that email
Ben, I don't quite understand this. TPFG have never emailed me about anything. Including, in fact, when I've emailed them, but I've got used to that. So how is this supposed to work? They email us when we can sanction events? I simply have no idea, because as long as I've been a TO none of this has occured.

I was considering Sunday 20th for a Battle Road in Blackpool, btw. Doesn't appear to clash with anyone else and I'm really limited on my time in May. If we can do them after Nats, in June, then I may wait til then. Again, I don't know how I'm supposed to know.

I don't think its against my contract to say I simply got tired of calling tpfg to try and get my missing Rainbow League Kit Badges. Some of my players are really upset that they'll never get the full set.

I have now listed all the Battle Roads sanctioned and fitting the TPfG instructions. Also I have listed Guildford and Bournemouth which are yet to be fully sanctioned - Russell and Nigel pull your fingers out guys please :D

Uk is down for 25 Battle Roads but not all will earn premier points in time for this years cut off and I guess like CC's not all 25 will run due to the late start and confusion.

Back to back posts merged. The following information has been added:

I hope to have them rated as Premier Events today. Please don't put them on the list 'til I do. Can't get an answer right now.

The venue and TO request the following:
Players should respect the venue, TO and judges
Players are expected to know the rules of the game, and to abide by them to the best of their ability
Players under 13 need to have an adult responsible for them, unless arrangements have been made prior
Players who may require particular support should have an adult responsible for them

These are too late for ratings (but seriously, have you seen the UK ratings?) so come and play for fun and the BR promo card.

Stef
P.S. There will be a new ride opening at the Pleasure Beach the week before

EDIT: I couldn't raise an answer from TPFG, so I don't quite know what to do about these. *shrug*

Who's going to the Crawley BR this coming weekend then?

I need to decide whether to go or not.

The train ticket is a bit much... £11.50, unless I can get a student ticket.

Emeralda which age group are you in? I'll be trying to pursuade everyone at league to turn up.

I'll be raiding our poke-cupboards for random stuff to give away during the day.
