Juniors and Seniors I didn't keep track of, but it was mainly a mishmash of league decks with basic strategy (that's how it is in Scotland). Though Seamus did win Seniors with a decent deck.

Surprisingly, 2 people used Sabledonk decks and did horribly badly (0-4 and 1-3), though they had atrocious luck (out of their 8 combined games, only had sableye starting 3 of them). Also turned out that the couple of reshiram/arceus decks managed to have too many basics out for them to do anything.

12 people turned up for masters - including some new folk from Berwick and Glasgow - which is a pretty large number considering past attendances. Saw a wide variety of decks including Arceus, Blastigatr, Reshiram/Emboar, Donphan/Machamp, Luxchomp and Sabledonk. It's definitely unrepresentative of the UK as a whole (I think) but it's great fun to play so many creative decks.

Have to say thanks to Gordon for running it, and giving prizes to those outside the top four despite not needing to.

Need to get more of you Englanders up to our events. Charles "Gengar" [Surname] was the only one we saw this season!

8 players total. No one wanted to play in a MD-B&W format it seems :(

It's a shame, but it just isn't fun to play Pokemon in a MD-B&W format :frown:.

That's surprising that the Sabelock's didn't do well, but the odds of starting with a card in the opening hand that has 4 copies within the deck is about 40%, so 3 out of 8 games is about right.
