I hope to go to one of the Crawley ones... it might even be the monday evening one if thats ok?

Won't be at much due to the arrival of a brand spanking new daughter :)
 
Arrived ??? Are the Grumpigs flying over Crawley and Bournemouth?

Or to put it another way why would I have any idea???
 
Hey! Why should we know? After all we're only the poor shmucks that are trying to keep our tourney's alive!! We're only the TO's that have to let all our players know- why on earth would TPFG keep us informed!? Disillusioned and bitter? Nah! Whatever gives you that impression?

Celebrating their extended days of usage in Stall decks before the fossil rule changes. Oh joy for them.

It is with great regret that we have had to cancel the first of our Diamond & Pearl Prereleases.
This is unfortuantly due to the product not arriving in time; however with the impending severe flood warnings for this weekend in our area, this is probably for the best.

However, it will be a go for 7th July (which will become our 1st of the prereleases). A date for the 2nd prerelease will be announced shortly.
 
Crawley will take place tomorrow. I'll be driving round to Oxford this evening to pick up the product. I'd leave now but the M25 is no place for a vehicle on a Friday afternoon.

On the positive side it does mean Nicholas will finally receive his outstanding 1st place STP trophy. every cloud etc etc...
 
Right then. I'm going to Crawley tomorrow.

If you're walking from there there's a nice lovely hill to trek up but its reasonable distance =D

I'm looking into prices now. Bloody extortion, I tell ye. What happened to the good old days of April when it cost £3.50 to get a return to Portsmouth? Bah, I say, bah.

It's looking like £12.50 return, plus £30 for the prereleases (chances are I'm paying for 2 people). That's an expensive day, but a nice way to round off the college term. (Last day today!)

I should probably wait for NoPoké to tell us whether or not he managed to get the boosters though.

I won't know for certain about the boosters untill I've paid Chinnor a visit later this evening when the M25 is no longer a parking lot.

With TPfGs normal organisational skills coming to the fore there are a number of this weekends preview tournaments that have cancelled including Hessle I and Exeter although Hessle is not helped by rain stopping play!

Tom doesn't know yet if Crewe will be going ahead, TPfG were supposed to be dispatching stock this PM but it is going to be tight...

Crawley should be go as Ian is collecting the stock himself as long as TPfG are still at home?
