UK OP Change - Updated 23rd July

On a side note, if POP top brass think enough to fly Ian overseas to be on Worlds Staff multiple times, including this year, I wonder why anyone in the UK would think to sit him on the sidelines? Hmmmm.

I think that Ian was supposed to play last year, but got a bad headache and, in the end, wound up talking to Dave Schwimmer... which wasn't too bad This year, Chris Sparks wanted the same team of judges as he had last year, which he communicated to us on e-mail ahead of UK Nats. So Ian was on the sidelines again. Unluckily for Ian, he caught a really nasty sore throat/cough from someone who shall remain nameless ;-) when they were round practising with his son Nicholas, and he came down with it on the morning of UK Nats.
