Ultimate Zone? Big Disapointment...

Arceus 'll probably be a good deck once all DP sets are rotated out. but i can't see it being anymore than a fun deck until then.

Like I said, we haven't even seen the rest of this set yet. Would people have been a fan of SPs before they saw Energy Gain, Power Spray, and Poketurn? No. Perhaps Arceus is getting additional support in the rest of the set that will give it the edge it needs to be competitive next season; after all, the set is named after it.

More importantly, if it had a way to deal with Mewtwo LVX aside from a puny 50 damage swift attack.
Or something to stop Dialga G LVX from wrecking that Creation Arceus.

Swift is not a bad way to deal with Mewtwo, especially since the Arceus rule and Rippling Wave want you to play multiples of the different types. On that same note, it won't be hard to bring out a fire Arceus against Dialga even if you're under a Deafen lock.

However, from what we've seen so far, I think this could be a pretty consistent deck with lots of options. Ultimate Zone and Rippling Wave just ooze synergy, and Creation Lv. X breaks that synergy even more. I am pretty excited for this deck.

The translation has been updated to reflect that the stadium's effect can be used as often as you like during your turn, rather than just once.

^yeah, that makes this card A LOT better. now you have total energy movement. this makes the normal arceus a ton more awesome. once you have 6 arcues in play your set for the game, and that's pretty easy with great ball, quick ball, and all the other trainer engine cards,

yeh, now its awesome. all we need is Darthpika AKA the "HypeMaster" to clarify it. LOL no offense Pika, but this opportunity was too good to pass up. anyway, now its really good, Arceus could actually be good.

I'm honestly psyched to run a deck with like 20 cards that will each cost $20

I'll give him some bullet points with which he can make a grand essay:

*introduction
*all the cards are frickin shiny!
*they are all basics
*they're Legendary
*arbitrary, misguided attempt at proving only skilled players use this deck because I said so
*you'll always have the right arceus in play, always, no exceptions, none at all, don't disagree with me or you're stupid
*you can use any type in the game
*they're fast
*conclusion

Now that the Ultimate Zone can make an Arceus attack fast enough to say - pikachu, I can't wait for possible other trainers that make Arceus a tough cookie. Then will see. I for one will not underestimate Arceus lines. The Arceus rule IMO is something hard to pass up.

Until I see a utility-based Arceus or Aceus based card to take the place of Uxie/Claydol, I'm not all that impressed with the whole Arceus concept. Rippling Wave has incredible potential, but the lack of Uxe/Claydol just kills the whole idea. So far, everything has been a step in the right direction for the deck, though. Still waiting for a solid attack with a little less drawback, too

Still have been happy with the Arceus rule though, being able to play an 4-4 Arceus is just the definition of consistency... Maybe not exactly 4-4, but you get what I mean :p

And hey, if an Arceus is good enough to kill off the usual deck build, I'm totally up for a 20-20 Arceus Lv. X line with 4 Ultimate Zones and 16 Energy.

Sounds like pretty rounded numbers, actually... don'tcha think? Haha

Well, see I don't think the deck will even need a Claydol-like Pokemon.

20 Arceus
6 Arceus X

15 Energy

4 Ultimate Zone
4 Pokeradar
4 Level max
4 Roseanne
etc. . .

You can make is stupidly fast without a standard engine.

wow you hit that nail on the head! and yeh... your only gonna be able to play an arceus deck if you have like alot of money to spend on pokemon cards, which alot of players dont
