nope, POP 5 and the player's promos are 2 different things. THAT particular Umbreon* from Japan is MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH more rare than the POP 5 version. I'd say $1,000 at the minimum.

Condition of Card: 100% Mint sealed

The ebayer says it's sealed, and if you look at the card it appears to be in a sleeve, so I think it's still sealed.
