No Top or Bottom stats. Terrible form. It should be like this...
Umbreon * 70 HP
Basic [D] Pokemon
Shining Rule
[D][D] Crunch 50
If the Defending Pokemon is Lv. X, this attack does 50 plus 100 damage.
[D][D][D] Darkness Rush 30
If the Defending Pokemon is Knocked Out by this attack, you may take up to 3 Prize cards.
Weakness: F +20
Resistance: P -20
Retreat Cost: [C]
And, IMO, the attacks need to be changed, drastically....I was putting your card in the correct form....
