Ty ahead of time for your time
If I to use Vaporeon's poke-power that states;
"Once before you attack, you may devolve Vaporeon
and return Vaporeon back to your hand"
If Someone was to use this, can they evolve that
very same eevee that turn? Or would the aid of Broken time
space or any other effect be needed to evolve the same
turn you devolve.
I like to have these answers printed out to show the people
at the league first hand.
