This event was planned to be held after the Prerelease tourney on 11/2, but as it turned out the only players not Pokemoned out by then were from our League, so the event has been postponed until Tuseday night leauge a week from this Tuseday. Same rules and same prizes.

On Tuseday 11/11, at Phoenix Games in Mukilteo, there will be an Unlimited Pokemon tournament. There are however restrictions on what cards will be allowed. You may use any basic pokemon, energy or trainer card from Base to up to and including Stormfront pokemon sets. But the only evolution cards allowed in the event will be Ghost Pokemon and Fossil Pokemon. So you can have Banette and Kabutops in your deck but you can not have Delcatty or Charizard.

All other rules apply for a 60 card decks, with no more then 4 copys of any of the same card except for basic energy.
This is an unsanctioned event so the rounds will be 30 min. each, and you may use World Championship cards if and only if you use deck sleeves that are not see though. If you can see the back of the card though your sleeves then you may not use any World Championship cards in your deck. (And yes Patrick, the same goes for your Japanese language cards as well) If you use any foreign language cards in your deck you must have an English card with you for reference purposes or you may not use that foreign language card in your deck.

Just so there is no confusion on what evolutions are allowed. Ghost evolution pokemon include the following (Drifblim, Dustclops & Dusknoir, Haunter & Gengar, Mismagius and Banette)

Fossil evolution pokemon include the following (Omanyte & Omastar, Shieldon & Bastiodon
Anorith & Armaldo, Cranidos & Rampardos, Kabuto & Kabutops, Lileep & Cradilly and Aerodactyl)

The winners of each age group (Juniors, Seniors and Masters) will receive a Domo as the first place prize.
IF you do not know who or what a Domo is just go to your nearest Target store before Halloween as they are everywhere in the store and my Daughter, Sarah just loves them.

Can't make it, but the best two decks are pretty obvious (it's a matter of figuring out which is more consistant). Anyone want to know them?
