let's say i have an Electrode (SW) active, and a Muk ex(Sandstorm) on the bench, and they are my only two pokemon in play...
if my opponent KO's my Electrode, do I get to use it's pokepower Energy Shift to attach Electrode as an energy to Muk ex?
which happens first?
Electrode's power, or sending up the Muk ex as the new active pokemon?
