Unopened Japanese Southern Islands Packs

I've got a chance to make an offer on some of these and have no clue what they're worth or what I should be looking at to help figure out their value. They look to be just 3 cards per pack, all visible through the front window.

Any estimates on worth would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I've bought mine for $6-8 from vendors in the last two years.
