I don't see any interaction here.
Unseen has nothing to do with your opponent's benched Pokemon.
In any event, Unown G is a Tool at this time and not seen as a Pokemon.
But even if your opponent had an Unown G sitting on their bench, that would have nothing to do with your Unown U on your own Bench.
