This is my spread deck. So far testing has been good beating Kingdra and AMU consistantly unless they have a T1 Kingdra.
Kingdra 12-3
AMU 5-2

I havn't tested against other decks yet because I don't have them built. I'm pretty sure it might lose to Scorpio or whatever if they get a Lopunny out t2-3

Heres the list:

Pokemon 21

3 Snorunt MT
3 Froslass LA
2 Bronzor MD
2 Bronzong MD
2 Cresselia (Lunar Dance)
2 Cresselia LvX
2 Baltoy
2 Claydol
1 Zapdos
1 Spiritomb

Energy 14

4 Call Energy
4 Water Energy
6 Psychic Energy

Trainers 26

4 Roseanne's Research
4 Bebe's Search
4 Bucks Training
2 Professor Rowan
1 Cynthia's Feelings
2 Moonlight Stadium
1 Warp Point
1 Time Space Distortion
1 Night Maintenance
3 Technical Machine Devoluter
3 Super Scoop Up

Strategy
The preferred start is Snorunt or Bronzor with Call.
Set up Cresselia LvX, 2nd Bronzong or Froslass depending on situation with Claydol/Uxie
Spread damage with Froslass to start with and follow up with Bronzong.
Start attacking with Cresselia when everything in OHKO range.
Devolve Pokemon for prizes.
Spiritomb, Zapdos to help spread. SSU to reuse.
Draw power with Buck (It gets the bonus 10 too just in case Cress needs it), Rowan, Cynthias. (Should I add more draw?)
Moonlight for free retreat (Lake Boundary maybe?), TSD to get back pokemon.

Recent Changes

+
1-1 Claydol

-
1 Uxie LA
1 Uxie LvX

Possible Changes

More Draw, POV instead of Bucks.
More Cynthias over more Rowan.
1 more SSU and 1 more Zapdos.
Thicken Claydol line to 2-2
Ditch the Uxie line?

What I like about this deck is its ability to spread, fast.
It can also take multiple prizes in a turn using Cresselia, the spread and devolving etc.

I don't know if you need Zapdos or not, since it's a coin flip.

I agree with thickening the Claydol line to 2-2. You can do that by dropping the Uxie line, if you'd like. Otherwise it looks pretty good; Froslass is just plain sick.

I'm considering taking Zapdos out for the following reasons:
Coin flip is bad.
Starting with it is bad.
Spiritomb does a much better job, has a useable attack.
I might test 2 Spiritomb, 2-2 Claydol, no Uxie and maybe 1 more tech. (Mr Mime to further improve the AMU matchup? stall while powering up a cresselia lvx/moving damage.

hey aaron i played the SAME deck as you, same line, but dunno why it loses to a a very consistent AMU, mr mime is seriously a must, AMU IMO is still the deck to beat

Cresselia needs to be the MD one with Future Sight, it makes an ok lead since the arrage can help you set up. It can also help mess around with the opponent and make them have bad draws.
