Unusual PK pack error

In one of my bonus packs at yesterday's prerelease, I got 2 Arons, exact same card, neither of them reverse holo. To the best of my knowledge, this should be impossible. Anyone else see anything like this, or did I witness an exceedingly rare unprovable pack error? :wink:

your not special. it happens from set to set. I got that with Skitty in LM and corphish from HP

Serious?

I have opened thousands of boosters and I cannot remember getting a double card ever.
Meaby Legendary Collection had doubles, not sure about that.
 
base set, charmanders or the ratatas' i think(one or the other, i remember i pulled duplicates though). so this has been happening for a loooooong time. its just not very common.
 
I got a pack that had 2 Delta Rayquaza (electric, I think this was DS Set) and then also a reverse holo one, a total of 3 of the same card, however one was a reverse. I wasn't dissapointed.:thumb:
 
I've never had it happen outside of a POP pack. I can also support Krucifier's story about the multiple, consecutive, identical (commons, of course) POP packs. I don't think I've ever had 12 to open in a row in one sitting, but I wouldn't be surprised if I approached that number spread over a few weeks.
 
I've also gotten packs where some cards were upside down in the pack, and others weren't. This has happened as recently as dragon frontiers
