It's non holo. Also have non holo expedition Blastoise and Charizard but they're pretty beat up...

EDIT: Found a Tynamo RH DEX with 40HP.

I don't have it in front of me right now so I'm going off memory here, but what stood out is that center-right there's this weird crease on the front (parallel to top and bottom of card, going from edge right to about where the picture of the card begins). It might have the usual suspect damage too (like some whitening on the back), but I'd have to get home and check. I'd be more than happy to take a picture later today too.
