I would counter. Even though I noted that I use T&T as a pricing margin, I still don't want to value Professor Juniper RH as $4 each. I would consider them as $2.

Good luck at finding them for $2 per RH. Troll and Toad has the cheapest Junipers ive seen and they have it at $1.50 per non holo. Ebay's cheapest is $2 per non holo. Collector's Cache has them at $2 per non holo and like $7-9 per RH.
