They should create a "stage 3" Pokemon for cards above 120HP actually. That would be much more fair for the game.

A Stage 3 Pokémon wouldn't be any good in the TCG at all. You couldn't Breeder it up, really, and that's three evolutions you'd need to use. Energy requirements would be through the roof (think like the Base Set starters' Stage 2s), and they'd be, well, slow.

Yes, I know that Nintendo's is a slower format, but I don't care about Nintendo's format.

Anyways, I laugh my head off if they made a Blissey with 100HP. ^_^ @ when one evolves that from BS Chansey.

well, you do realize that WotC made a 120 HP Blissey.

Yes I do, but I was laughing at if it were lower HP. How it evolves from a basic who's HP is higher than it. That was the funny part.

I doubt that that will ever happen. There have been cases when Evolving a Pokemon did not gain you HP, but there's never been a time when HP actually went down. I think it's one of the unwritten rules of card creation.
