Was reading this thread Here and had a interesting question to the same effect.


Can player a try activate baby evolution with no Pokemon in their hand?

The reason I ask, if player a activates baby evolution player B then has the option to power spray.


Keeping in mind the hand is not public knowledge, can I use baby evolution with the intention of failing it?

Yes, you can declare a Power that you can't complete and that still counts as using it.
