I played this a little, and it can be really fast and annoying. It is killed by psy, but is pretty good against any other type.
Strategy: use uxie lx to do 60, shuffle the damaged level x back in with uxie's attack, then use tm2 to devolve their stage 2 and ko their 80 hp stage 1/ 80 hp basic (snowpoint is out).
Every time you play down a pokemon, you draw more cards. Then you put the uxie back in the deck so you can use its power again. It can be a very fast deck.
Uxie would usually be killed easily. However, with snowpoint and the lx, uxie's hp goes up to 120. It can do 60, take a big hit, then shuffle itself in.
Other things I'm going to be bugged about if I don't explain them:
Why Felicity: A fast discard so I can use energy patch.
Why not azelf lx: Don't have it, impossible for me to get right now.
