4-Uxie LA
4- Unown R
4-Crobat G
1- Unown Q

4-Seeker
4-Dual Ball
4-Pokedex Handy
4-SSU
4- TGI Poke Turn
4-Quick Ball
1-Luxury Ball
4-Pluspower
4-Poke Blower +
4-Poke Drawer +
4-Junk Arm
2-Expert Belt

4-Call Energy

Strategy: donk with uxie. if your opponent has 3 Pokemon, kill one, seeker the other one and then kill the last one with uxie, all the drawpower is needed to get the cards that you need, the damage cards like Crobat is for taking out other pokemon to then proceed to donk with uxie. SSU and poke turn is for picking crobats up and reusing them to kill more pokemon.

it is either this or my luxchomp for cities, i have posted the luxhomp too under the name: "Standard Luxchomp".
plz comment on which one you think i should be running.

replace call energy with cyclone energy.
Take out two seekers. If your deck is doing what it needs to, you will draw into this anyway.
Add 2 Jirachi RR.

^No.

Remove 4 Calls, put in 1 or 2 Cyclones.

Remove 2 or 3 Seeker. You win on the first turn.

Remove 1 or 2 Bats. They clog your hand and stuff.

Also needs Victory Medals, Ruins of Alph, and possibly Rescues.

If you plan on using Jirachi (Rising Rivals), maybe add some draw Supporters like Sage's Training in order to use Jirachi's 1st attack discarding will help with Uxie draw. Pokemon Collector paired with Jirachi's attack will get you 6 basis out of the deck T1 if you go second.

"I don't see how he needs ruins of alph."

Unless there's something that's played that has Psychic Resistance.

Think about adding Pokemon Rescues (Platinum) or Combee (Stormfront) if you plan on facing a lot of trainer lock. I would consider taking out the Pokeblower +'s and either adding in 4 Pokemon Reversals or Blackbelt.

- 1 bat
-2 seeker
-4 call
- 4 quick ball

+2 Cyclone
+2 Jirachi RR
+ 1 Zapdos MD
+ 1 Spiritomb LA
+ 2 Ruins of Alph
+ 1 Skuntank G
+2 pokemon rescue
(This is assuming that you don't have any victory medals. LMK if you do)

Alternate strategy would be if they have too many pokemon to get rid of (Possible with call energy) Seeker one of their basics, kill one, get the active one to 10 away from being kocked out, poison it with skuntank g, detour to reuse seeker, then win.

BTW, you'd probably be ebtter off playing that luxchomp deck you mentioned (Although I haven't looked at it yet) as QuadroUxie just isn't a fun deck to play for you and your opponent.

What are the Jirachi's for?

And excessive cards in this deck=nononononono. If you don't set up for 6 or 7 every turn, you don't mill your whole deck. A Zapdos MD MIGHT help a little, but since it requires a flip, and can only be returned with a flip, the I dunno...

Quick Ball/Dual Ball engine MIGHT need to go down on Quix...

-4 Call
+1 Psychic
+1 cyclone
Thats your energy - just 2. You never want to "Call", what would you call for anyway? 2 Rs?

-3 Seekers.
You can only have 1 supporter in your deck. Anymore and they clog your hand, lessening your Uxie drops, and your deck will stall.

-2 Crobat G. You don't have the bench space to bench 4.

With the 7 spaces
+4 Pokemon Rescues. Use these to get back the Rs, and increase your draw.
+3 Victory medals

-1 Quick Ball
+1 Alph Lithograph (Look at your prizes). You will KO a Pokemon with Flash Bites and Blowers during T1. If you run Alph Lithograph, you will be able to pick up a prized Seeker or Expert Belt.

-1 Expert Belt, +1 Unown Q.
With Alph Lithograph, you will be able to get it from your prizes, and not having the Unown Q prized is critical if you start with Unown R, as you will much of the time.

Much improved deck is much improved.

If you want to run this, be very practiced at it so that your motions are smooth, fluid, and fast. You should be able to go through the deck in 10-12 minutes for T1.

This looks like some good changes, but i ont have victory medal or Lithograph (you can play with it? :O) anything i should put in instead of the medals?

Junk arm is used to discard extra energy or suppoerters so they won't clog your hand....You need the 4 crobat to maximize your damage out put...if you dont need it, junk arm it....

You will have more than enough cards to Junk Arm with. Once you empty your deck of Pokemon, which will often happen by mid deck, you can discard all the balls. You cannot have things in your hand that you cannot play. Every card in your hand must be playable, even if only as a fail, to do damage, search, or draw cards. You cannot have extra Crobats or Seekers. Every time a thread pops up on this deck, people that have never played it and do not understand it clutter it up with bad advice.

Yes, you can play with Lithographs and Victory Medals. If you don't have them, you can swap for some combination of Pokeballs and/or Great Balls. The Victory Medal is for draw and the occasional search. The Alph Lithograph is really helpful as it lets you get away with running only 1 Seeker and 1 Belt. If you don't have it, you may have the occasional deck fail. In any case, the deck will fail, on average, one out of ten times just of its own accord.

I think the whole deck concept is like a work of art. Its a sight to behold, and wonder at, its a useful exercise to build and show that you can deck yourself T1. This demonstrates that you have a proper understanding of hand management and how to use deck speed in the game. But its not meant to be actually played in competition.

Pokemon Rescue is also very helpful in the times when you have more than one Uxie in your hand. You can use Junk Arm and discard a Uxie (to increase the Set Up draw of the played Uxie) then get the discarded Uxie back later with Pokemon Rescue. If you are not playing Pokemon Rescue, Uxie discard is unthinkable unless the game win is imminent.
...If you don't have them, you can swap for some combination of Pokeballs and/or Great Balls...
Great Ball is a bad card in this deck, because the card you get goes straight to the bench, not to the hand. That's fine for getting an Unown R, but getting a Uxie or Crobat G from a Great Ball is a waste because you can't use the Poke Power. And Poke Ball only works half the time. Aside from Dual Ball and Luxury Ball, if you need more Ball cards, Quick Ball could be next, and then Dusk Ball (which still might fail sometimes).

Your deck is nearly OK.
Just drop 3 Call energies and add 2 cyclones and 1 psychic.
Hope helped you.

Ive played the deck, and done well with it...I'm no Rob....but certainly am not giving bad advice....

Once you go through you pokemon you can easily play you're balls to no effect anyways....
