Strategy:
1. havig Pinsir d or Mawile as starter. Preferable Mawile.
2. Setting up a Nidoqueen d to setup the bench with both Nidoqueen d & Feraligator d.
3. having Felicity & H.Adventurer to discard lots of pokemon.
4. Hopefully to do 110 every turn.

You need to find a way to get rid of that weakness. Either holon legacy with a 1-1 Golduck d, or run fire energies and holon FF, or probably the easiest way since you have queen d is to run a 1-0-1 Blastoise d. And you have to add a 4th rare candy. Other than that it looks pretty good.
