does anyone know how in frlg it has the stage 2,s of all kanto, em does it with torchic and them, and in uf it works on totodile and all. What i'm trying to say is are the kanto evolutions in ex delta species.

actually, you contridicted yourself. By that theory there should not be kanto evolutions in delta species. Now, for example, if the case had been something like

HL-Kanto
FRLG-Johto
TRR-Hoenn
DX-Kanto
EM-Johto
UF-Hoenn

then it would be probable that theyd be there. But that's not the case.

But, if appear Gardevoir, and ussually when appear in a set a Gardy also appear Blaze, Swampy and Sceptile o.o so could be number 1 Blaze and number 2 Crobat, but that could mean no Alakazam [again] T_T
