1. I accept paypal only (gift option) in USD. Paypal payment must be sent and received before I ship the order.
2. I live in Canada but I will ship anywhere.
3. $10 minimum purchase. If less, you must pay shipping costs (Canada = $1, US $1.50, outside = $2.50)

Edit:

The skyla will go to ottawacollector since he messaged first. However I can do everything else. The total would be $13. For Europe, I have to add $2.50. So total would be $15.50. I can sell it to you for 15$ flat. How is that?
