Yes another Victreebel question, but not the same old one everyone has been asking. Victreebel's Poke-Body Acid Sampler reads:

"As long as Victreebel is your Active Pokemon, put 1 damage counter on each Defending Pokemon between turns..."

So if Victreebel knocks out the defending Pokemon with an attack, that means the opponent is supposed to send up a new defending Pokemon. Does Acid Sampler do 10 to the new Defending Pokemon, or does sending up a new Active Pokemon count as the start of the turn?

Actually, this one was answered a couple of weeks ago. Here it is, straight from the Compendium-EX:
== ACID SAMPLER (Victreebel - EX:Fire Red / Leaf Green)

Q. Say your active Victreebel uses "Acid Sampler" and the opponent's defending Pokémon gets KO'd. So the opponent promotes a new Pokémon in its place; since it's still "between turns", does the new defending Pokémon get Acid Sampled too?
A. Yes. Victreebel's Poke-Body states "As long as...", and the new Defending Pokémon is a Defending Pokémon that has not yet taken its 1 damage counter. (Sep 2, 2004 PUI Rules Team)
