Lock Deck's Creed: " This is my lock deck! There are many like it but this one is mine! My lock deck is my best friend! It is my life! I must master it as I master my life! My lock deck, without me, is useless! Without my lock deck, I am useless!..."

Pokemon: 27

3 Vileplume TR
3 Weepinbell TR
3 Bellsprout TR
2 Vileplume TR
2 Gloom UD
2 Oddish UD
1 Caterpie HS
1 Metapod HS
2 Smeargle UD/CL
2 Sunkern HS
2 Sunflora HS
1 Duduo UD
1 Dodrio UD
1 Hoothoot HS
1 Noctowl HS

Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums: 19

1 Alph Lithograph FOUR
1 Professor Oak's New Theory
4 Professor Elm's Training Method
3 Pokemon Collector
3 Judge
2 Flower Shop Lady
2 Interviewer's Questions
2 Fisherman
1 Twins

Energy: 14

4 Rescue Energy
10 Grass Energy

Strategy:

Start with Smeargle, and get an Oddish, Bellsprout, and Duduo using Pokemon Collector/Portrait, and use Professor Elm's Training Method to get out your Evolutions. Use Alph Lithograph FOUR to look at and arrange your Prize Cards, so you know which ones to take when you knock out a Pokemon. Metapod is a Fire Type counter, so when you are facing Emboar, use that. Everyone in your deck still gets One-Hit Knocked Out, but with Vileplume, they won't be able to Set Up and Recover as quickly as normal. Thanks in advance for tips!!!

This looks SUPER bulky. :\ I'd say 3-3-3 Victreebel instead of 4-4-4.
Also, you put Vileplume instead of 'bel.

So,
-1-1-1 Victrebell
-2 Oak (doesn't lock/disrupt)
+2 Fisherman
+1 twins
+1-1 Noctowl (draw power)

I'm leaving 1 Oak's for you for the 'just in case' moments... I'd prefer a copycat in a trainer-lock deck, but that might just be me...
especially now that trainers are going to be depended on more (pokemon communication, energy retreival, candy... etc.) and nobody's worried about poltergeist... mismagius will only be a tech because of its HP.
