Could it work? I solitaire tested it with great results but that's not really saying much to be honest. Has anyone else tested it? I heard it did well in a States or something.
 
It works, but how successful it is in an event will depend a lot on your starts (Spirtomb start vs Oddish start for instance) and your pairings. Even with Trainer Lock Dialga, T-Tar, Magnezone, and some other decks will be insanely hard to beat. Gyarados is doable, especially with Night Spin, but it's a slow game and it will likely go to time ... where you had better have been able to make up for their early prizes while you were setting up. LuxChomp is a bit iffy unless you run Mewtwo and they don't run Dialga.
 
It is a crazy fun deck to play with, and with the proper trainer line ( or should I say supporter ) it can be very effective. My son ( Seniors ) almost won a Cities with it ( 2nd ) and I made top 4 with it on another Cities ( Masters ) taking down Luxchomps and GDos along the way , only loosing due to dead draw issues. If you lock and disrupt early, you have a good chance against anyone, but as VG stated weakness can hurt ( TTar, Lostgar techs in decks, etc. ) and DGX obviously also.

Robertro is correct I've also had this built before and I've had enormous amount of success with it. Dusknoir is so cool, it walls Gdos can snipe and as draw power to which allows you to play disruption cards like Judge. Make sure you support ole Dusky with a 1-1-1 Nidoqueen or Blissey PT to make sure they run into 'Ectoplasm' have fun it's a blast to play.
 
Thank you! I'm glad I didn't trade away my Dusknoir stuff now. Should I run 2 Night Spin with Dark Hide or 3 Night Spin? Either way I'm running the X.
 
3 night spin and seeker to clean up your bench.
1 random clutch mesprit helps you block healing breath in the clutch.
Don't be afraid to psy restore uxie out of the way.
