Need serious input from top players! is this viable? a possible top cut deck?
Tyranitar matches well against the psychic decks in the format(vilegar, lostgar). It has its own trainer lock to help against SP, and other fast decks, spiritomb increases his speed to get set up, and Honchkrow is a nice tech that goes in easily because of your energy compilation.

Pokémon (27):
4 Spiritomb AR
4 Larvitar SF
3 Pupitar SF
4 Tyranitar Prime
2 Oddish LA
2 Gloom UD
2 Vileplume UD
2 Uxie LA
1 Azelf LA
1 Murkrow
1 Honchkrow
1 Unown Q MD

Trainers (18):
4 Bebe’s Search
4 Pokémon Collector
2 Professor Oak’s New Theory
3 Looker’s Investigation
3 Broken Time-Space
2 Seeker

Energy (16):
4 Special Dark
2 Dark
3 Warp
3Rescue
4 Double colorless

not sure i got enough darkness energy and would LIKE uxie X

why do you play a 4-3-4 line of Tyranitar? Take one out.
Honchkrow won't be too helpful, it work's in SP because it's surrounded by basics

Yeah, drop the Honchkrow. Ever thought of a Lunarock combo? Not sure if you need an Azelf or not. I think the supporter line needs a little help. 4 Bebe's seems overkill. I would go something like this:

4 Collector
4 Judge
3 PONT
2 Bebe

Not sure if you need the Seeker or not. I can see where it could come in handy. If you are worried about not running enough Dark energy, maybe toss in an Unown "Dark," which can be reused with Seeker. Also, might want to consider Expert Belts. You can always seeker up Vileplume with BTS in play to sneak the belt on.

I've been thinking for a while now that trainer locking Tyrannitar deck is VERY mean, especially if paired with hand disruption (judge)
