Ok, there are a couple problems I've faced with the deck, and hoping for some help. Anyway, here is my list:

2 Electivre lv.X
2 Electivire
3 Electabuzz d
3 Eleckid d
1 Flygon Ex d
2 Flygon d
2 Viibrava d
3 Trapinch d
4 Chingling/Holon Castform
1 Rayquaza Ex d
1 Magneton
1 Magnemite
25

1 Scott
2 Castaway
2 Bebe Search
2 Celios Research
2 TV Reporter
3 Holon Mentor
3 Rare candy
2 Night Maintanence
2 Warp point
1 Strength Charm
20

4 delta rainbow
4 DRE
7 lightning
15

This is a very rough draft of the trainers. I need to refine them a bit more. The pokes are ok, exept for the castform or chingling problem.
If I start with either, I can start searching or drawing. With the casty start, I can get massive amounts of cards. But I don't want to use it because of the energy problem. i already have 16 energy in the deck. and I can't really take any energy out. The 4 Delta rainbow can use be used as the single colorless energy that stays after the discard, the DRE are used as fast energy, and I need to have the basic lightning for the acceleration.

Also, I kind of want to use Magneton in the deck to return energy. But, the deck is so tight with the Vire lines, its hard to find room. Any help would be great.

+ Magnemite
+ Magneton
+ 2 TVR

Little changes to find room for Magneton and add a little extra draw.

I don't think that you really need any Supporter draw in an Electragon deck. With good searching (Scott and Celio abuse) and the DF Electabuzz, you can pretty easily get through most of your deck, or at least get to what you need pretty quickly.

Having few drawing supporters and none drawing supporter a BIG difference.
I think that 2TVR are needed.

Then again, I say that playing a deck with Nidoqueen Delta, so I can deck thin all game long. Never had a drought (yet), and always had exactly what I needed, even after a full shuffle by my opponent.
