I desperately want to know how the Midlo crew did up there!

DIVINE INTERVENTION has saved you ALL from the wrath of the Washington's today! :p

We got as far as a drive-through McDonald's in Fredericksburg before our Transmission blew out :(

We went to Central Park Merchant's and they said NOBODY does transmission work on Sundays.

SO... we had to drive the car all the way home (62 miles) with only ONE gear and NO reverse.

20 mph for 62 miles.... = SLOW 3 hour drive FTL :/

That was miserable.

Perspective = I know what the old man on the tractor with a LONG line of cars behind him feels like now.
Oh well... at least I'll finish up the rebuild of my car now...

Next time I show up with a deck that has flippy cards at deck check, I ask that who ever is deck checking me please just shoot me and save me some dignity.

You could save yourself some dignity and avoid flippy cards instead of playing them and getting upset when you flip poorly.

Just sayin'.

Spencer N vs Pablo G
Angelina W vs Kevin W

Pablo beat me, so he would go on to play one of the Wongs in T2. I didn't stick around for the finals. Does anybody know how this match went?

Kevin beat Angelina in a close sibling battle.

I wasn't around for the finals, but I know Pablo won.

The first game between you and Pablo in the semis was crazy..... Some of the hardest faught 35 min. of Pokemon I've ever judged.

Greg S came in 2nd. I hear it was a hard faught battle. It went to game three with time called at 1 prize each.

Alex, I know you were shooting for a medal, but 5/5 top cuts in these City championships is a strong showing. Welcome to Masters and congrats on the solid CCs run. :thumb:

We were at 4-4 prizes i think but it definitely wasn't 1-1 in the last game when time was called.

Alex: You weren't really rude, you were just really mad that i got t2 blaze x out against spiritomb 2 games in a row. You probably should have won our games but I was incredibly lucky. So you being mad is understandable. Like my dad said, even though you didn't win one you had a great CC run.
