I just have a question about these two attacks.I got to ask that does these two attacks count weakness when it's target to an active pokemon? The decription said it doesn't count weakness for bench, but what about active?

If the attack says to not apply weakness (i.e. Feint Attack) then it is never applied. With attacks like volcanic ash (which say don't apply weakness for benched pokemon), weakness is applied when attacking the active pokemon. Weakness is never applied when attacking the bench.

Like hinkbert says, weakness and resistance are not applied when attacking the bench. Attacks like Volcanic Ash and Linera Attack have reminder text which reminds (hence the name) players that weakness and resistance aren't applied on the bench. Reminder text is usually that stuff that's in parenthises and italics (Like This)

 Venusaur!!! How can you betray your namesake like that!?

The weakness/resistance probably won't come into play too much for Blaziken EX attacking. Sceptile and some of the big metal pokemon are the only times that I can think of off hand. But hey, you never know. A friend of mine won a CC with a wicked Dark Steelix deck.
