No its an english base set pikachu with a gold stamp on it saying Poketour 1999... its a promo only givin out in australia in 1999... search ebay!!

Are you willing to negotiate a little on the rates? Highly interested in the FRLG Charizard ex, but 9700 is a little high... lmk if you can drop it down a bit :)
