Three Age Divisions - Juniors (born in 2003 or later) / Seniors (born in 1999, 2000, 2001, or 2002) / Masters (born in 1998 or earlier)

Format - Modified (Bring your own 60 card Deck -Cards are allowed from Black & White Next Destinies or later as well as Black Star Promos BW33 and higher, Dragon Vault, McDonalds Promo Collection cards and Kalos Starter Set cards

Deck Lists - Deck lists will need to be filled out. Deck list are available at most locations.

Style - Age Modified single game Swiss (all players play in every round) The number of rounds depends on the number of players in each age group.

Admission: Free for Junior and Senior players (14 and older)
Some Events charge for Masters players (15 and older)

Prizes for Juniors and Seniors
 1st Place: 18 booster packs
 2nd Place: 10 booster packs
 3rd Place & 4th Place: 4 booster packs

Masters Prizes
 1st Place: 36 booster packs
 2nd Place: 20 booster packs
 3rd & 4th Place: 10 booster packs
 5th – 8th Place: 4 booster packs
 9th – 16th Place: 2 booster packs

A minor correction to the prizes for Masters - two booster packs go to places 9th through 16th (not 12th). I hope I'll see you at a Cities sometime over the next couple months!

What will be the procedure for taking names down at the Kent Library CC in terms of there being a cut? I'm likely coming from 2 hours away, so I want to get there early enough to secure a spot. Thanks!

Kent Library City Tournament
The first 20 players in each age group to sign up outside the Kent Library on Saturday 12/28/2013, will par take in this event. The only way to secure a spot is to be one of those first 20 players in each age group. I plan on taking names at about 9:30 AM. I have no idea when the line will start forming. These limitations are set forth due to the Kent Library business hours.
 
A better venue should have been chosen for the cities in Kent. T4 only even though 20+ masters. Had to only play T4 because of the library closing at 5pm. Lame.

It was quite a day. Sarah won her first ever City City the final Championship after many many 2nd place finishes over the years. I still feel really bad about top cutting, it should have been Penny that got into T4 not me. I lost in R1 and she did not loose until R4. I don't know how I ended up with the higher tiebreaker score.
