I'd like to know pretty soon, considering I can't make any of these at all =\. For some reason Nintendo liked planning most of their major tournies around the same times I have either a major assignment due or running them right before finals week... =\ Either way, I'd like to judge any of the ones I make. It's not like I'm going to see Kona any time soon.

Here is another one:

Hey.

Oregon has twice as many Battle Roads as Washington.

We're so cool.

Last I checked, this is the Washington Battle Roads Thread. If your going to talk about the Oregon Battle Roads, I suggest you go to the Oregon thread (when one finally gets created that is).

Also, thanks Terry and David...keep the good news coming.

Careful, Spinach might make his own Oregon Battle Roads thread and gets tons of replies from his Oregon friends......

about if there will be a GBA event.

Possible DS Tourney Rules

Here are the possible rules for a DS Tournament in at least Auburn.

Washington State DS Pokemon Tournament Rules (New Rules, Please Read Carefully)

In at least Auburn and the Lakewood Library (and possibly elsewhere depending on what Battle Roads I attend), we might be having a Pokemon DS Tournament going on. The tournament will require you to bring your own DS and game (either Pokemon Diamond or Pokemon Pearl). Prizes will be determined by interest.

Rules:
You are allowed to use 4 Pokemon, in a 2-on-2 (Double) Battle.
Pokemon must be Level 50 or lower.
All 4 Pokemon MUST be different.
The following 18 Pokemon are BANNED (not useable in the Washington DS Tournaments): Mewtwo, Mew, Lugia, Ho-oh, Celebi, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Jirachi, Deoxys, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Phione, Manaphy, Darkrai, Shaymin, and Arceus.
Also, as long as the rules are set to level 50, you can not use any Pokemon that is not obtainable at level 50 or lower.

Banned Items:
The held item Soul Dew is banned.
Any Wobbuffet or Wynaut used can not have Leftovers or Shell Bell attached to them.
All Pokemon must be holding different items.

Modified DS cartridges are not allowed (i.e. no using Game Shark or Action Replay). Anyone caught doing so will be DQ’ed, no questions asked, no prizes awarded.

Tournament judge reserves the right to check any and all DS cartridges to verify that all rules are being followed.

If there is anything that I may have missed in these rules, let me know via PM. (Level limit will go up to Level 100 following the completion of all Battle Roads in Washington).

later...

Updated the times from PM to AM......duuuuhhhhh

Darn...I wanted to play in a tournament at Midnight. That way I could have an advantage due to the fact that I'm used to being up very late at night on a regular basis  . Now I guess I'll have to remember to set my alarm to wake me up early in the morning of a tournament.

Midnight Madness Battle Road

Hey, I am all for a Battle Road starting at midnight. It would remind me of last years LCQ at worlds!!!
