Weakness first or Resistance first?

I have an active Donphan with Muscle Band and Strong Energy attached Attacking my opponent's Yvetal. I also have a Jolteon on my bench who now makes Donphan both Fight and Lighting type. I am attacking with Donphan's Spinng Turn hitting for 80-damage, do I apply Weakness first or Resistance first?
