Let me know if these are too powerful, and how to fix them.

It is Raining heavily!
[Trainer - Stadium]
:water: Pokémon's attacks deal 20 more damage to the Defending Pokémon, before Weakness and Resistance. :fire: Pokémon's attacks base damage is halved (rounded down to the nearest 10). :lightning: Pokémon do not have to discard Energies or flip any coins when they attack, if their attack would require it.
This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card if another Stadium card comes into play. If another card with the same name is in play, you can't play this card.

The Sun is harsh!

The Sandstorm rages!

I believe cabd was referring to this:

It is Raining heavily!
:lightning: Pokémon do not have to discard Energies or flip any coins when they attack, if their attack would require it.

Anyway, these are nice. I'd prefer them to be called Drought, Sandstorm, Snowstorm and Drizzle. But that's just me:biggrin:

Instead of saying "do not have to flip any coins" you should probably say "treat all flips as heads." The not flipping seems a bit overpowered, but other than that, they seems fine. Interesting concepts.
