The night was as long as the day was. Very few people slept, and ever fewer accomplished their missions that night. Things were happening in every corner of the town.
A person followed two people as they approached a clearing. She stood on a ridge watching the two people for a moment, but her intentions were on only one of them. The two men faced each other, turned around and walked 10 paces, then turned around again. Each one of the men took a ball from their belt and threw it. An Alakazam came from one ball, and a Snorlax came from the other. The woman watching them decided to make her move, however at that exact moment, several things happened. First a white light that was devoid of any evil presence completely covered the woman watching the two people. She looked around her as she realized she had been enveloped in a dome of light and thus could not enact her plan on the man below. The next thing that happened is that she saw the man she was targeting get body slammed by the Snorlax, withdraw his Alakazam and run away with injuries to himself and his pride. The other man walked away victorious in his nightly plans.
The woman in the dome grew bored. Her target was gone, as was the other man, and she could not leave the dome she sat in. Her boredom however would soon disappear. She caught site of a man trying to look at her through the barrier. Clearly this barrier was only one way because the man, shielding his eyes from the bright light turned around and left, obviously frustrated. As soon as he left, another man arrived, tripped over a rock, interrogated the rock, and then resumed his attention on the barrier. He too could not see anything through the barrier. He walked away, looked at the rock again and said
“I’ve got my eye on you Quartz….”
This night was turning out to be interesting for the woman in the barrier devoid of evil after all. Things seemed to be quieting down when all of a sudden the woman in the barrier glimpsed someone sneaking in the shadows behind him. The guy walked up to the back of the barrier obviously trying the get a look at it. The barrier resonated and threw the man against a tree. His mission failed, he disappeared as mysteriously as he came. The woman in the barrier relaxed and fell to sleep, she knew he was protected and slept the night away.
The man who had been thrown against the tree however was about to have a horrible night. As he walked back to his house, someone ran up behind him and grabbed him by the throat. A rag was put over his mouth and the man passed out. When he awoke he was sitting in a room with one lamp, tied to a chair. A man approached him and asked him some questions, then left. Finally a third man arrived and beat him up to the point he passed out again. When he woke up on the ground outside of his house, he was bruised and injured, with a broken nose.
Meanwhile in other part of the town, a Pokémon snuck in the shadows sitting in wait for his target. The target passed him, sensed him immediately and used agility to disappear. The Pokémon, angry at his failure, turned around and found himself face to face with a pink balloon…with eyes…and a microphone. The pink Pokémon began to sing, and the other Pokémon passed out.
About 3 miles away, a man sat in his house meditating. He was concentrating on something big, his eyes were shining with light as if he was looking as something that wasn’t there. He never even saw the man who snuck up behind him, put a knife within centimeters of his neck, then change his mind and run off.
Even in the Ruins of Origins, there was something happening. A man was wearing a hardhat and excavating the site, looking for archeological clues on what the wall was and how it might show a story of the past. The man in the ruins was pulling out a fossilized Dome Fossil when he found himself enveloped and a Blue and Pink light. Fearing for his life he ducked down, looking up to see several members of Team Galactic standing outside the light…They had guns, the men shot the barrier and dodged the ricochet. Their target had been protected, their mission failed, they marched off into the night, planning their next attack.
Finally there were three strange occurrences that everyone saw. First 2 bright white lights flashed in separate parts of the city, and cries of evolution flooded the night. The other was a resonating humming that became so high pitched it broke windows. A giant ‘X’ appeared in the sky and then disappeared. Everyone seemed to notice Darth Pika roaming around during the night. The other thing that everyone swore they saw was a Shedninja floating in and out of houses.
When everyone awoke the next morning, they were glad to see no dead bodies were lying in town center. However, it did seem some things were not right and not everyone was there. ShinyGyrados was not in town that day…well not completely. He was a ghost, he told the townspeople he was safe but WOULD BE UNABLE TO VOTE DURING THE GAME DAY (or risk modkill) HE COULD STILL TALK AND GET LYNCHED. The other thing people found was PokeChampofPokeBeach unconscious, completely knocked out during the night by an unknown force. It took a bucket of water to the face and a few people slapping his face to finally wake him up. He said he could not remember anything other then an ominous wind flowing by him then suddenly he had blacked out. He was fine now however. The other thing missing was…Darth Pika’s mouth…it was gone! Darth Pika would be UNABLE TO SPEAK, POST, VOTE, OR IN ANYWAY SAY ANYTHING DURING THE GAME DAY (or risk modkill). Not only was his mouth missing but Darth Pika was extremely beaten up. He looked like he had been in a fight and lost. Despite all of this, his mouth gone, and his body beaten, Darth Pika retained an EXTREMELY happy attitude the entire day it seemed. Another odd occurance is that Hatter had woken up with a marker mustache and glasses drawn on his face.
Finally there was the bulletin board. Today there was (2) items on it. First there was another copy of the mysterious paper that was on the board before. ANYONE may PM me during the GAME DAY and ask for the piece of paper. The FIRST person I get a PM from will get the benefits....or consequences of this paper.
Second there was a note…a note from Cyrus. It read:
To the members of this town,
You need not fear your demise from me.
Lest you be of Team Galactic scum, I have no need to hate you.
My mission is noble, my cause just
I ask for your help and ridding this town of Team Galactic

The members of the town did no know what to say…the note, the missing mouth on Darth Pika , and the many strange occurrences of the night. Who was truly the enemy? Who should be lynched today?
