I think that the best cards are:
Tyranitar Prime
Kingdra Prime
Entei&Raikou Legend
Suicune&Entei Legend
Blastoise
Jirachi
Shaymin

For sure:
Judge
Kingdra Prime
Shaymin

Maybe:
Entei/Raikou Legend
Jirachi
Lanturn Prime
T-Tar Prime
Blastoise (meta reasons)
Interviewer's Question (if Feraligatr becomes popular)
Steelix Prime (I see potential)
Onix w/ Poke-Body

Kingdra is really awesome and can do a combo with Gengar Lv.X to use Casting Spray (Kingdra's :ppowr:) and after Coumpound Pain, it would be a nice combo

I really think octillery could make a really interesting sniping hit & run style deck, although I'm not sure how effective it would actually be.

Besides that Judge, Interviewers Question, and pokemon circulator are pretty good, along with Kingdra Prime, Tyranitar Prime, and Entei & Raikou Legend (although not having legend box hurts it severely).

I also like the new non-prime steelix as a potential tanking deck. Negate 50 damage a turn? I think so.

Onix /w body + Steelix Prime. Onix's body seems to stack, so you can drop a Special metal to Steelix and heal 30. It has staying power until...

Entei&Raikou LEGEND come and OHKO it away. They will also be sweeping Claydols and Uxies in the BRs near you. They seem like a viable tech in something like Luxmane, or even in DialgaChomp. Detonation Swirl can own so many decks that it's not even funny.

I'm curious as they always make some rogue potential to every Octillery. This one is no exception. Sniping + hiding? Double Mimes while you snipe anything that's charging up in your opponent's bench? I see it being played, although I'm not sure if it will be competitive enough in the heavy sniping/gusting environment. If teching Politoad, this may actually use Spiritomb without fear for them getting Chatterlocked, but the damage potential is just a bit too low. Unlike...

Kingdra Prime, that will have the built-in snipe in it's body. I already wrote something about Kingdra Prime lock, and it's attack isn't half-bad either. 60 for 1? Sounds donk-a-licious! The downside is that the fire pokémon will be reducing it's damage, although Entei&Raikou seems like the only capable one in this set. Most fire decks are energy intensive, so Kingdra would usually beat them easily if teching LA Kingdra...

..and then there's the energy intensive deck's new tech, Shaymin. This will be crowning Tangrowth as the second best grass deck around (Yeah, well, Jumpluff is actually playable!?) with it's power. Even the attack will support Tangrowth due to the healing capability. Too bad Tangrowth GE is rotating out, I was seeing something awesome there for a moment.

Too bad there's no cards that will actually affect the metagame. Kingdra Prime will do the same to Kindgra what AR did to Gengar, change the deck's focus a bit and make Kingdra LA mostly a tech. Tyranitar prime - well, the only spread usable will be spread of 80 to every pokémon with power by Entei&Raikou. Tyranitar has some staying power, though, but the speed is lacking in the 2HKO environment, and the effects of it's attacks aren't that great. Jirachi will be trying to accelerate some decks like Giratina or GG, but is a bit flippy and not accessible to the same level as Shaymin is. Shaymin will be tested in various decks. Remember Lucian? Now it's searchable.

The supporters like Judge are something that can be used to an extent. Dual Balls will be huge due to Uxie/Mesprit/Azelf spamming, but that's pretty much it for the trainer side. We got no stadiums...

So yeah, Onix is playable.

are you sure its not going to be in the set?
Vileplume - Grass - HP 120
Stage 2 - Evolves from Gloom

Poke-Body: Allergy Flower
Neither player can play any Goods cards from his or her hand.

[G][G][C] Dazzle Pollen: 50 damage. Flip a coin, if heads this attack does an additional 20 damage. If tails, the opponent’s Active Pokemon is now Confused.

Weakness: Psychic (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 2

Ursaring Prime
Rosearade Prime
Lanturn Prime
Supporters/Trainers
Entei/Raikou

That's my list right there.

Wow, just found out Good Rod puts the card on top of the deck. FAIL.

5 best cards in the set:
1) Entei/Raikou
2) Judge
3) Shaymin
4) Kingdra Prime
5) Dual Ball

I'm interested in what the meta will do once Entei/Raikou hits. My guess is Jumpluff and Luxchomp will not be pleased.

roserade isn't a prime.

crobat G has some potential, but probably won't be used cuz of unown g. some supporters/trainers look good too, but nothing really impressed me, the next 2 sets though are going to be real good.

Reprints of Candy and SSU are good. T-Tar Prime is excellent. I haven't studied most of the rest of the cards and their potential but I don't see why everyone likes Shaymin so much yet.

Also, Jirachi. Bringin' back spread FTW.

The Entei/Raikou legend has the problem that it doesnt really have a deck it can go into. One would have to be made. Though I suppose you can tech it into your Luxchomp, if you so wished.

mmm...
But can these card change the metagame ?
Maybe tyranitar or Enetei&Raikou could have a chance ?
For example, if tyranitar will be played, could it be a problem for gengar ?
I think that kingdra prime and Suicune&entei are strong but have lightning weakness...Luxray is a problem...
I don't understand why octlirey is strong...
