The basic Strategy is Jumpluff/Pidgeot Swarm which can work, sometimes. Since all you need is colorless requirements for their attacks I have put in one of each Legendary Bird Ex. They are meant to take advantage of weakness/ catch your by surprise. With 4 Rare Candy, 4 Celio's Network and a 3 2 3 Pidgeot line, the deck is quite consistent. You may want to hold off on playing an Ex sometimes because they give your opponent 2 prizes if KOed. It is a fun deck to play that actually does well against some of the popular decks. red face paint decks own!
