Here is just a little fun non-competitive game that's also informative to pass the time on the gym while I wait for the prerelease raichu to return to me, the following rules are very simple to follow;
1. It must be Pokemon card/s that have sold, privately or publicly (please keep the sales confidential if you do not have permission from the seller/vendor and buyer and if you do not want exact price disclosure then round, personal example 'The 2008 No. 1 Trainer sold for $6,200', if you want to not be that precise then round it so it'll be $6,000.
2. You may comment on the price of another if you can submit one your self.
3. please wait 5 posts before adding another reply with price.
4. keep it as realistic and serious as possible.
5. do not disagree/post with put-downs/insults; so instead of saying 'Some moron bought a prerelease raichu for $10,500.' Please say something like 'Prerelease Raichu was bought for $10,500 and though I may find that to be a bit much, that's my opinion.'
To Begin: The most expensive card I have heard of selling was a PSA-8 Pikachu Illustrator over $20,000 from a highly respectable seller, who told me over the phone.
