This season is HP-on but I think when september starts it will be DP-on so you can play DP, MT, SW, GE, MD, when it comes out LA and anything that comes out durring the next season.

now the sets that r legal are ex holon phantom, ex dragon frontiers, ex crystal guardians, ex power keepers, diamond and pearl, mysterious treasures, secret wonders, great encounters, and majestic dawn. on september 1, all of the ex sets become illegal.

You can also play cards that are reprinted from older sets, but for some, you may need an outside reference.
