What Won 2009 Regionals Thread​

Simple rules:
1. No minor surnames allowed. Example: John D. is allowed but John Doe is not.
2. Please be specific on what location and division the info is for.
3. No code names or nicknames for decks allowed. Only Pokemon names.
4. When reporting a Galactic deck, please be specific. Saying Palkia G, Dialga G, Dialga G/Palkia G, Toxicroak G/Skuntank G, is all fine but not others like Galactic, or G Toolbox etc.

5-8th I am not sure of based on placing, but I'm sure of 1-4th.
 
I believe Sammy was higher on seeding than Brandon was.. at least I thought she was. Was Liz 1-3? If so, then you're correct. For some reason I thought Sammy had a higher seed than Brandon, though.
 
I've heard a lot of toolbox decks were running Zangoose to drag out Claydol in numerous decks. I don't think theres anything wrong with that.
