What Won 2009 Autumn BR Thread

With BR starting this weekend and a thread hasn't been put up, I thought I may as well do it.

Simple rules:
1. No minor surnames allowed. Example: John D. is allowed but John Doe is not.
2. Please be specific on what location and division the info is for.
3. No code names or nicknames for decks allowed. Only Pokemon names.
4. When reporting a Galactic deck, please be specific. Saying Palkia G, Dialga G, Dialga G/Palkia G, Toxicroak G/Skuntank G, is all fine but not others like Galactic, or G Toolbox etc.
