UPDATE: Top 4 deck in Master. (to LEEDS)

Trends: Dusknoir has pulled well ahead as a favorite to make top 4 if not Cities champion. Kingdra and Machamp continue in 2nd and 3rd. Regigigas, Gengar, Tyranitar still fighting in the midsection. Torterra looking good, with GG and Magnezone making gains to stay in top 10. AMU kinda static but still at #8.

Note: I'm just listing Scizor as Scizor/Cherrim since that's usually what it is, and Torterra as Torterra/Sceptile for the same reason.
